Introduction about the shipping policy

This policy tells about the details of the delivery methods, duration times of delivery, and charges that apply to orders made through our website. This policy does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; it merely indicates our usual practice concerning the delivery of products.

Local Pick-up/Free Pick-up (by customer)

This is a free service that is available for customers to pick up directly from our store in Ingolstadt.

To avail this free service: The minimum order value should be 25€
The date and time of pickup can be arranged in prior via E-mail or Telephone.

Delivery methods and periods

During the checkout process of the order, automatically delivery charges will be calculated. For calculating the delivery charges, few factors are to be considered like the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address and dimensions, and the weight of the product in your order. The orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same day and the orders placed afternoon will be dispatched on the next working day. Sometimes, the order dispatch may be delayed because of the non-availability of the Shipping partner.

Delivery tracking

Our delivery partners are DHL and DPD they usually deliver the orders within Germany in 2-4 working days (without guarantee, not including the date of dispatch).

Receipt and signature

At the delivery address, the delivery must be received in person and a signature must be provided.


If you are unavailable at the delivery address at the time, delivery happens. The delivery service provider will leave a card in your post-box with instructions for collecting the order from the nearest packet shop, including a time limit for collection.

Delivery problems

Please contact us, using the contact details that we publish on our website if you face any difficulties with delivery. In case, our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your orders, and such failure is your fault, within the relevant time limit, you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider. However, we may agree to arrange for a new delivery of your order in such circumstances and we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs for the re-delivery even where the initial delivery charges were free. The following are the few situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault.

  • The wrong address for delivery provided.
  • The delivery address is not reasonably accessible.
  • The delivery address cannot safely be accessed.
  • If the in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the delivery address, to provide a signature.

Packet Shop Delivery

You are requested to pick up the order if your order is delivered to the packet shop within 5 working days. For collecting your order at the packet shop, a valid form ID with your current address (same as delivery address) is required. Within the time limit, if you fail to pick up your order from the packet shop, it will be returned to us. In that case, EUR 9,00 will be deducted from your refund.
