Delete Your Lotus Markt Account
Lotus Markt lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can do this yourself inside the app, or by contacting us.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
1. Open the Lotus Markt app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm when prompted.
Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@lotusmarkt.com from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
– Your account and login credentials
– Your name
– Your email address
– Your delivery address
– Your phone number
– Your membership profile (discount level, visits, and savings)
What data is kept
For legal, tax, and accounting reasons, records of past orders are retained but anonymised, so they are no longer linked to you personally. These anonymised records are kept only as long as required by applicable law.
